Dear Seafarers,
The threat posed by the spread of the Corona Virus in Europe and many other parts of the world, has as you will all be aware, resulted in many countries closing their borders and imposing strict travel restrictions. In some countries this includes quarantine periods for travellers arriving from any other country. These border closures and travel restrictions have been brought in by sovereign states as a means of slowing and limiting the spread of this deadly virus across their lands and population. In Ukraine, this ban comes into force on March 17th and all crew changes are suspended in the near future. The date of the resuming of crew changes will be announced later.
